Randi Levinson,M.A.,CCS

COSRT & ATSAC ACCREDITED

Marriage and family therapist

certified clinical sexologist, Addiction Therapist

Hello! I’m Randi Levinson. I am married, raising 2 teenagers, and 50 years old.

I don’t do this work from theory alone. I live inside relationships, complexity, rupture, and repair, just like the people I work with.

This work is deeply personal to me. I’m married, raising teenagers, and continually learning what it means to stay connected, honest, and responsive over time.

My professional work is shaped by both extensive training and lived experience, by navigating real relationships, real conflict, and the ongoing work of repair, growth, and care.

I am compassionate, direct, and a highly trained psychotherapist (Esther Perel and Terry Real), certified clinical sexologist, and specialist in trauma, addiction, and relational healing. For nearly two decades, I’ve supported individuals and couples from all walks of life to regain connection, trust, desire, and emotional resilience in the face of life’s toughest challenges.

My work blends evidence‑based therapy, deep relational insight, and nervous‑system‑attuned skills so that you don’t just feel understood, you feel changed.

WHAT I DO

I work with adults and couples dealing with, disconnection, high conflict, sex addiction, compulsivity, and recovery navigation, not as a label, but as a behavior rooted in nervous‑system dysregulation, trauma history, and relational pain.

I also support clients navigating trauma and PTSD responses, relationship and intimacy struggles, infidelity recovery, desire discrepancies, sexual health concerns.

Every person’s experience is layered, rooted in biology, early attachment experiences, and the stories we learn about ourselves. My role is to help you unpack those layers and build new pathways to connection instead of reactivity.

MY TRAINING; APPROACH

I’m accredited by COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists) and ATSAC(Association for the Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity), trained as a Certified Sexologist and a Psychotherapist, and deeply invested in trauma‑informed therapy and relational neuroscience.

My approach integrates sex addiction and relational compulsivity frameworks, trauma‑responsive therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment‑based work, and relational life therapy principles.

Therapy with me is active and collaborative. I’ll challenge you when you need it, and meet you with curiosity, warmth, and respect for your story.

MY PHILOSOPHY

I believe healing is relational, pain is information rather than identity, and growth often feels hard before it feels good. Sexuality is a language, what shows up in intimacy often reflects deeper emotional truths.

I bring both professional expertise and lived experience into my work, offering a grounded, non‑judgmental space for meaningful change.
