Relationship Support Group (online)

A 12-Week Expert-Led Virtual Group for Building Healthy Relationships

For All Genders | In a Relationship or Single

This group is intentionally limited to a maximum of 12 participants so that everyone has space to be seen, heard, and supported. Smaller groups allow for deeper connection, meaningful engagement, and a safer environment for personal reflection and growth.

Healthy relationships are not something most of us were ever taught how to build.

Whether you are currently in a relationship, dating, divorced, single, or taking a break from relationships altogether, this Relationship Support Group offers a structured, supportive, and reflective space to explore how you show up in connection with others—and how you want to show up going forward.

This virtual group is designed for people who want to better understand themselves in relationship, learn what healthy connection actually looks like, and develop the emotional, relational, and communication skills required to create more fulfilling relationships—romantic and otherwise.

WHAT THIS RELATIONSHIP SUPPORT GROUP IS

This is not a dating group.

This is not couples therapy.

• Share real-life experiences in a safe, moderated environment

• Listen to and learn from others’ experiences

• Receive expert guidance grounded in decades of relationship and clinical experience

The group is open to all genders and welcomes people at any relationship stage.

The group is intentionally limited to a maximum of 12 participants to ensure that every member has meaningful space to engage, receive support, and experience real relational healing.

COMMITMENT & PRICING

• 12-week structured commitment

• $85 per session

WHO THIS GROUP IS FOR

This group may be right for you if you:

• Feel out of control around sexual behaviors despite consequences

• Are struggling with porn addiction or compulsive porn use

• Experience secrecy, double lives, or escalating behaviors

• Feel intense shame, guilt, or self-loathing related to sex

• Use sex or fantasy to regulate stress, loneliness, anxiety, or emotional pain

• Want structured support beyond individual therapy or large anonymous groups

WHY GROUP THERAPY WORKS

Group therapy is often more effective than individual therapy for sex addiction because shame heals in relationship, accountability is relational, and insight is accelerated through shared experience.

Participants benefit from:

• Reduced isolation and shame

• Real-time accountability without judgment

• Learning from others at different stages of recovery

• Practicing honesty, vulnerability, and emotional regulation in real time

WHY THIS GROUP IS CAPPED AT 10 PARTICIPANTS

This is not a drop-in or anonymous group. The size is intentionally capped to:

• Ensure every participant has a voice

• Prevent sessions from becoming passive or lecture-based

• Build trust, safety, and continuity

• Allow individualized attention within a group setting

WHAT MAKES THIS GROUP DIFFERENT

This group is:

• Clinically informed

• Trauma-aware

• Sex-positive and attachment-based

• Focused on understanding the function of behavior, not moralizing it

• Led by a facilitator with two decades of experience in sex, relationship, and addiction work

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Confidential, professionally facilitated sessions

• Structured discussion balanced with open sharing

• Space to discuss urges, relapses, wins, and challenges
