Welcome! You’re here because something matters, and it’s not simple. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or facing a decision that feels heavy, this is a place to slow down and get clear about what’s actually happening and what comes next.

People come to this work at turning points, when patterns repeat, when intimacy or trust feels strained, or when a decision can’t be avoided much longer.

You don’t need to know yet what the answer is or what direction you’ll take. This space is designed to help you slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and approach what comes next with clarity rather than urgency.

When life, relationships, or personal direction feel complex, emotionally charged, and high- stakes, clarity becomes essential. I offer strategic assessment and decision-focused work for individuals and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain despite significant insight and effort. This work is designed to clarify what is actually happening, identify the real decision points, and define clear next steps.

STRATEGIC ASSESSMENT & DIRECTION

A Strategic Assessment is a short-term, high-clarity process designed to help you understand the core dynamics of your situation and determine what must happen next. Many people arrive with a sense of urgency, confusion, or internal conflict. Often, the perceived problem is not the real one. This assessment cuts through emotional noise, competing narratives, and misdiagnosis to bring precision and direction.

What’s included:

• A structured assessment of individual or relational dynamics

• Identification of key patterns, risks, and blind spots

• Clarification of priorities and decision points

• Defined pathways forward with realistic options

• A written synthesis outlining findings and recommendations

Format:

• 2–3 sessions over 2–4 weeks

• Clear start and clear end

• No ongoing obligation

This offering is ideal if you are facing a major transition, repeating entrenched patterns, or feel unable to move forward despite insight and effort.

DECISION INTENSIVES

Decision Intensives are designed for moments when clarity cannot wait. These intensives provide a contained, focused space to work through complex situations quickly and arrive at grounded, actionable decisions. They are especially useful when delay carries emotional, relational, or practical costs.

Decision Intensives are appropriate for:

• Relationship or family crises

• High-stakes personal or professional decisions

• Chronic stuckness despite prior work

• Situations where “waiting to see” is no longer viable

What happens during an intensive:

• Clarification of the true decision point

• Separation of emotional reactivity from structural reality

• Identification of false dilemmas and avoidance loops

• Clear next steps by the end of the container

Format:

• 1–3 days

• Fully contained

• No expectation of ongoing work afterward

This work prioritizes clarity, responsibility, and forward movement.

HOW THIS WORK IS DIFFERENT

This is not:

• Weekly therapy

• Open-ended emotional support

• Indefinite process work

• Crisis containment without direction

This is:

• Assessment

• Formulation

• Decision-making

• Defined outcomes within clear containers

My role is to help you understand what you are dealing with and determine what to do next— not to provide indefinite support.

WHO THIS WORK IS FOR

This work is best suited for people who:

• Are thoughtful, capable, and overwhelmed by complexity

• Feel stuck despite insight or previous support

• Want clarity and direction rather than ongoing processing

• Are ready to act once decisions are clear

If you are seeking long-term emotional support, this may not be the right fit. If you are

seeking clarity at a meaningful crossroads, it likely is.

GETTING STARTED

All work begins with a brief consultation to determine whether a Strategic Assessment or Decision Intensive is appropriate. If we proceed, you can expect a clearly defined scope, timeline, and outcomes — with no ambiguity.

Addiction can cast a shadow over even the most loving relationships, causing strain, mistrust, and emotional turmoil. As a therapist specializing in addiction recovery and relationships I understand the unique challenges that individuals and couples face when grappling with substance abuse or behavioral addictions.

Addiction doesn't discriminate; it can affect people from all walks of life, regardless of age, gender, or socioeconomic status. Whether it's sex, food, alcohol, drugs, gambling, or another addictive behavior, the impact on relationships can be profound. Trust may be shattered, communication may break down, and intimacy may suffer as the addiction takes center stage.

However, there is hope for healing and recovery. Through therapy and coaching, individuals and couples can explore the underlying factors contributing to addiction and develop coping strategies to overcome it. In my practice, I take a holistic approach to addiction treatment, addressing not only the addictive behavior itself but also the emotional, psychological, spiritual and relational aspects surrounding it.

One of the key pillars of addiction recovery is rebuilding trust and repairing relationships. This process requires open and honest communication, empathy, and a willingness to confront difficult emotions. Through individual coaching, couples coaching, and support groups, clients can learn healthier ways of relating to themselves and their loved ones.

If you or your partner are struggling with addiction and its impact on your relationship, know that you don't have to face it alone. Seeking help is the first step towards healing and rebuilding a stronger, healthier relationship.
